Hollyscoop TV's Diana Madison spoke to Billy Ray Cyrus at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards show, and he told us how his daughter, Miley Cyrus is reacting to Houston's passing:

Even the commercials for Toddlers and Tiaras make me sick to my stomach. Appalling behavior on the parts of all of these parents.

I think it is so sad and of course all the kids can see this and thus would think that is what they want to do. Yes, parents do need to take a stand and yes, I think pedophiles would just eat this right up. Feeding right into their hands, folks. Please protect our young. If all of you that see her as such then I as one want to hear your comments of the children that go to the beaches and pools during the summer. Guess according to you all we should dress our children in clothes that cover them up to all eyes.

The fashion industry who designs this garbage, the photographer for taking the picture, and the person who wrote the column attaching an inappropriate picture of a young child. I dont care who this girl is, she is young and impressionable and posting this picture and comments saying she is a tramp is going to have worse effects on her than one night in this silly costume. You ALL should be ashamed! If she was on a beach in a bikini would you all be as upset? I doubt it! If this costume is an adult type costume then what is that saying to young children anyways? That its okay to dress this way?
If you have a problem pull the parent aside, leave the children out of it! This is tasteless and disgusting Julia Halewicz, you should be ashamed for putting this picture up for all perverts in the world to see and save!!

Does him or his wife even earn their own money at all? I hope Miley gets a good attorney of her own so when she turns 18 she can control her own money. Too many child stars have been ripped off by their own parents. Take your money and run Miley!

ah said...Seriously...this is way over the top for a 9 year old. Wow! Obviously the parents just let their kids do whatever they please. That dress barley covers her at all. Billy Ray and whatever your wifes name is need to get a good smack upside the head. They are always touting what good Christians they are and are people of faith. Have you ever heard of modesty?
