Miley Cyrus' 9-Year-old Little Sis Gets Halloween All Wrong

The only thing I see is that it's a bit too short BUT she probably had black shorts underneath.. Either ways, it's just a costume and it really isn't showing anything but legs.

Too many uptight people IMO.. Like Miley's so-called Pole dancing, which was no dance at all.. nor were those true daisy duke shorts. It's rediculous.

I think this outfit would be okay IF it didn't go up to her crotch. Really, what nine year old needs to worry if the paparazzi are trying to get pictures of her panty filled/pantiless privates? Add a couple inches so she doesn't have to worry that her legs are always glued together and it makes a really good costume. The boots are no big. She's a vampire or something. They fit.

I think Miley needs to do a better job of being a role model for her little sister. A 9 year old dressing like this (even if it IS just a costume) is totally inappropriate. She's 9!!!! What happened to dressing up like things kids SHOULD be interested in...like princesses or cartoon characters? I blame the media. It's all about sex appeal these days.

It is because there ARE sexual predators out there, looking at that photo and it is feeding their perverse desire to go into perhaps YOUR neighborhood and kidnap your child and do God know what to them, that it is very UNWISE of parents to allow their children to dress provocatively. It doesn't matter if its halloween or not. Unfortunately...it happens all too frequently in this country. Why add fuel to the sick fire by allowing your child to dress like that.

Billy Cyrus is a miserable failure as a musician, but most importantly, as a parent. To promote sexuality in his own children is tragic, and does nothing to encourage a sound and honorable path to success in either child. Shame on him. It will all come back to bite him in his butt, of that, he can be sure.

Ok, so why don't those of you who think this is ok for a 9 yr old, tell us why she shouldn't just go all the way and go out in a g-string and pasties?? Well, it's only 1 night, and it's just a costume, and she'd look so cute. Oh and I guess she could carry a shiny pole to dance around too. Kids are what they are taught. You as a parent or responsible adult should think of the long term lesson you're teaching these kids, that there are no limits, and anything is ok. So don't bitch and gripe in a few years when they come dragging in pregnant and in high school or even Jr. high. It's epidemic in our country and its a shame that kids can't be kids. Why are all of you so quick to want them to grow up and do things that only adults should be doing. (or not in many cases!)

1. I admit it is too short, but it's not like she thought "hey, this dress is so skimpy and sexy! I should wear it!"

2. She's a little girl. Dressing up. for halloween. It's not a big surprise it's short b/c her family is famous.

It must be the outfit and not the amount of skin showing that have some of you upset. If she were at the pool in a swimming suit more skin would show. The thing people have to keep in mind is this is costume that is obviously made for nine years olds since she was able to find one in her size. Nine year girls DO NOT bring sexual thoughts to my mind. I am not interested in the underage. Any adult that has sexual thoughts about a child is going to seek out excuses like what the kid is wearing to justify their perverted thoughts. It looks like a vampire costume to me.

Uhh hello? Im 16 and even I think she looks like a tramp. It's one thing to dress like that when your a TEENAGER but when you haven't even hit the double digits its a totally different story. I think her father should pay a little more attention to her before she becomes "the most popular girl at school," if you catch my drift.
