Actor Haley Joel Osment (also known as the "I see dead people" kid from "The Sixth Sense") is the more famous Osment sibling only to adults. For anyone under 15, it's little sister Emily who's the household name. The bubbly (but in no way bubble-headed) blonde has built a large fan base as Gertie Giggles in the "Spy Kids" film franchise and even more so as Lilly Truscott, sidekick to Miley Cyrus's Hannah Montana on her incredibly popular Disney Channel sitcom. She has also done voiceover work for a number of animated Disney projects, including "Lilo & Stitch 2," and starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie, "Dadnapped," for which she also recorded a soundtrack theme song.

Osment's musical career is on the rise, with several singles -- including the ultra-catchy "All the Way Up" -- and an EP that was recently released. A full album is reportedly in the works. Osment's likeable pop-rock tunes seem more about pure fun than any of the attitude or posturing that is common among teen music stars. Hannah Montana may have launched Osment's fame, but it seems doubtful the show will be the end of it.
