The younger sister of megastar (and glutton for controversy) Britney Spears, Jamie Lynn first entered the limelight as a cast member on Nickelodeon's sketch comedy show, "All That." But she managed to step out of her older sibling's shadow when she scored the lead role in Nick's teen sitcom,"Zoey 101." In the popular series, Spears played the title character, Zoey Brooks, a girl embarking on a stint at a new boarding school. The show's theme song was co-written by big sister Britney and sung by Jamie Lynn. "Zoey 101" ran for four seasons. The last one almost didn't happen.

In 2007, at the age of 16, Spears announced she was pregnant. Suddenly her sister's controversies didn't seem so bad. Nickelodeon allowed the final season to finish out, publicly stating its support for its star. Spears gave birth to baby girl, Maddie Briann Aldridge (giving the child her father's last name), in June 2008. Since then, Jamie Lynn has performed a guest spot on the ABC sitcom "Miss Guided" and voiced Goldilocks in the straight-to-DVD animated film "Unstable Fables: The Goldilocks & the 3 Bears Show."
