Now you can nurse incognito. Credit: Robyn von Swank
Despite the fact that more and more moms are choosing to breastfeed their babies, fashion has been slow to catch on, and most clothes made for nursing are bulky, ugly, and awkward. But Milkstars, a new line of simple but sophisticated t-shirts and tops, is looking to change all that. The genius of these designs is a double-layer construction (each layer is super soft and thin), with hidden cutout panels in the bottom layer. They look like regular tops when you're not nursing, and when you are, the rest of you is totally covered. So even if you feel like a dairy cow, you sure won't look like one.

Sifrina said...Neat construction!! And they are cute too. Maternity/nursing clothes are so much better than when I had my son - just 7 1/2 years ago!

Heather said...Not for $60. You guys need to start finding stuff that is a realistic price. In todays economy stuff like this is huge waste of money.

Jennifer said...Or I could buy 2 of the super thin t-shirts that are in style these day (called layering t's) and cut holes in the bottom one and then layer and I would get the same result for 1/4 the price (and I can layer the "cut" one under any other shirt that I currently own).... Why would I bother spending $55+ for these?????

Kat said...Instead of spending $60 for one shirt Ill head on over to Old Navy and buy 6-7 of their stretchy cami's to wear under my shirt. Pull shirt up, pull cami down and instant nursing shirt. Its worked for all 3 of my kids.
