Cindy Crawford had a rough year in 2009. The supermodel was allegedly targeted for extortion over a photo of her 8-year-old daughter, Kaia, bound to a chair and gagged. But now Cindy, who spoke exclusively to Life & Style at the JC Penney Cindy Crawford Style Home Collection event in NYC on March 2nd, is happy to report that she's put that ordeal behind her.
"It's over," she said. "In my head, it's over." Of course, throughout it all, Cindy, 44, has been able to lean on her handsome husband of 11 years, Rande Gerber.
On how she and Rande keep the passion alive:
Rande and I were friends first; I think that's the constant. The other stuff goes in and out. We're really busy and always running around, but we respect each other, and we're friends first, so that goes a long way.
On whether they plan to have more kids:
The ticking of the clock has stopped, I think!
On if she'd consider adopting:
At this point, our life is very full. But I wouldn't rule it out.
On encouraging her kids to act or model:
I wouldn't want them to, but I wouldn't discourage them. They'll have to find what excites them. My daughter loves drama, so possibly. She's a drama queen!
