Know A Fabulous Mom?

Maybe it's even your own mother.
Tell us about her. On Mother's Day, ParentDish will honor a different mom every 60 minutes as the Mother of the Hour. A total of 24 mothers will be honored starting at 12:01 a.m. Sunday, May 9.
We need submissions. Tell us about your favorite mom in 200 words or fewer. We need to know her name, age, address, telephone number, city and state. And tell us how many children she raised.
We also need your name, address and telephone number. You can submit a photo of the mom, but no more than one.
Feel free to submit as many moms as you want.
HERE'S WHAT YOU DO. Send your submission to mothersday@parentdish.com.
DEADLINE: The deadline is Friday, April 16.
