I've got to say that some of the things you say, oh Motherofseven, are bat crap crazy. Every child does not need a bedroom to himself or herself, especially when they're that young. So as far as that goes, you're way off base. What they need is a mother who can devote time to them. (Even her six year old son said he didn't know how it could possibly work in an interview shortly before the babies were brought home; he, obviously had more insight than his mother.) As for her "hard, selfless work?" Really? How is having more than a dozen children that you can't afford "selfless?" A better word would be selfish. She can't possibly give all of these children the personal time they need; they already live in an altered reality which isn't good for them. She is totally irresponsible. Just because you can have children doesn't mean you should--especially in that number. And the last line of your comment? It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Let's just say that you should have a room in the "institution" right down the hall from this sad, sad woman.

would have been nice if I had been asked if I wanted to be on that team. Real life does not involve making irresponsible decisions to implant all those eggs, especially when you have already had the experience of having a multiple birth by this method that produced children with handicaps.

Karen the "team" is her family, her kids who didn't ask to be brought in this world. I agree with you on her irresponsibility, but, the fact is she did, there here and it is not going to change. She needs a way to keep her house for the kids and their offering a way, may not be the best way but it's better than whoring on the streets, maybe she can find another way, if not than she need to go ahead an do what needs to be done to keep the house for the kids.

I know real life; I work 3 jobs to take care of an 80 year old widowed mom, a 54 year old mentally impared brother and trying to help my two sons in their early twenties try and have a better life as I work my butt of ( clothes on ) to repair the damage done by my late father who was not financially prepared for 5 kids almost back-to-back and therefore died leaving us nothing but bills, also trying very hard to keep my sweet brother out of permanent residency at a mental hospital and, again, trying to make my sons' lives a little easier. In short I am working to repair the past mistakes that were not of my doing while taking care of present responsibilities and of course honoring my own duties to the futures of the children I brought into this world. So is that " real life " enough for you? Also I am a 45 year old female having to do the job of 3 men! So do I feel I can opine on this woman? Yes-I can! The woman has made enough mistakes, she surely doesn't need to lower herself all the more by resorting to porn just to pay the rent! And shame on the company that dangled financial freedom in front of this desperate woman in return for what is left of her dignity! Hell, give me her address and I'LL send her some money! That porn flick would only be a temporary fix to what will be an ongoing problem! What is she to do? Spread her legs every time a bill comes due?! I hope she doesn't do it. Lose the nannies and learn how to " man-up " and deal with what you did Nadya. Just keep your legs shut, your clothes on and your mind set on succeeding at being the best mom you can be. Please!!
