How to play: Typically, a bingo card is a five-by-five grid of squares that correspond to the five letters in BINGO. The cards can have numbers, words or even pictures in the squares. A person is selected to be the caller, and this person will call out numbers or words for the players to mark if they appear on their cards.
The rules: Each Bingo card can have a free space, usually in the middle of the card.
How to win: Be the first person to have a BINGO, a horizontal, vertical or diagonal row of five marked squares.
What else you need to know: You can find free printable bingo cards for kids at DLTK, including cards with pictures to practice vocabulary skills and to celebrate holidays.
