Teen singing sensation Justin Bieber emerged from his tour bus tossing more than just his trademark hair swoop, but a handful of water balloons. The heartthrob du jour also doused a gaggle of shrieking tween girls in Des Moines, Iowa, with a bucket of water and sprayed them with a Super Soaker. So, in addition to there being "One Less Lonely Girl," there were a lot fewer dry girls. We have a feeling they don't mind at all.
