Matthew Parrish said...My daughter is 9 months old and loves to spit out the green beans we try to feed her. We've tried multiple times...and each time, I come out of it the loser--with strained green beans all over my face, hair, and clothes.

Mel said...Maybe he wouldn't weigh quite 19 lbs at his age if he was not yet introduced to solid foods as pediatricians suggest! What happened to rice cereal first?

MamaPoodle said...Not to worry, hun! My son's pediatrician told me at 4 months that he was more than ready for baby cereals and baby foods! He showed all the signs of being ready to eat "solid" foods. He is 11 months, 22lbs and 30in. As long as your baby is healthy and is eating healthy, ignore everyone else. =D
