Girl Discusses Funny Noises She Heard Mommy and Daddy Making in Their Bedroom
Filed under: Preschoolers, Sex
In this simultaneously hilarious and disturbing video, a little girl describes the noises she heard her "naked" parents making through the wall.
That this happened at all is funny. But the parents asking her to tell the story on camera and then posting the video on YouTube? Questionable.

She's way too little to process this and some children are actually frightened of certain adult things they can't understand (for ex., daddy on top of mommy w/1 or both making faces/sounds). The topic doesn't look like it made her all that happy to discuss and my reaction to seeing her questioned about this was "Ick."
Human sexuality is a wonderful thing and nothing to be ashamed of, but if this were us I'd have just nonchalantly answered whatever questions that I thought could be answered in an age appropriate way (not much in my view, you can say to a child this age - except maybe to reassure her that what she heard is normal and that she shouldn't worry - everyone's safe, and mommy and daddy are especially happy). But I'd never make a big production of it.
Maybe these parents thought this could be a teachable moment for other parents - always KEEP YOUR DOOR LOCKED and make sure they are asleep (or at least distracted with a movie and headphones!). Why on earth would you want to take a chance for your kids (especially the little ones) to see/hear something like this??
