Kanye West Sued Over Album Samples
Kanye West was sued over some music samples used in his album- "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy". Executives at the TufAmerica label claim that Kanye sampled parts of "Hook And Sling, Part 1" by Eddie Bo. They allege that Kanye put the sample into 'Who Will Survive In America?', 'Lost In the World', AND in the video for 'Runaway'. TufAmerica execs claim that Kanye's label paid a license fee for a portion of the track, but didn't settle the necessary agreements to use the other sample.

Madonna Sued Over Vogue Sample
Madonna may have to pay the price for being the queen of pop after being sued for allegedly sampling another track in her hit song Vogue.A record company named VMG Salsoul filed the lawsuit against Madonna in L.A., claiming the singer sampled the horns and strings from Salsoul Orchestra's 1977 dance song Chicago Bus Stop (Ooh, I Love It).

You see them on television or the Internet, often for cosmetics or other products: call now for a free sample! Since few things in this world are truly free, prepare yourself by learning to watch out for the following red flags.
1 Don't give your credit card number to cover "shipping and handling" if you call for a free sample.
2 Ask what the price is if after giving your address and other mailing information, you are told that monthly shipments of the product will arrive at the regular, or special, price. This might be a good time to decline and terminate the order.
3 Ask the order taker if you may cancel at any time if you want to receive the product. Also ask if you may delay shipments and if unwanted shipments are refundable. Listen carefully to the answer, as you still have a chance to cancel. Some companies do not allow refunds on certain promotions and give only credit for exchanges.
4 Try your free sample right away after it arrives. Decide if you want to continue to receive the product. The package should contain a receipt with the appropriate phone number. If you decide you don't want any more shipments of the product, call immediately to cancel future orders, before the next order is charged to your credit card account.
5 Call the company to see if a refund or exchange is available if you forget to cancel or an order arrives unexpectedly. If you truly feel you have been misled, you can try to have your credit card company remove the charge from your bill.

For more tips and FREE SAMPLES and stuff check out Http://www.savecreatively.com . I use them pretty often and they don't ask for e-mail, membership, or anything to get access to their samples just point and click.

The internet DOES offer real jobs that you can work as an employee but you just have to know where to find these jobs at NO costs to you. I really do work as an EMPLOYEE for a large internet corporation. Just do a web search for "Best T0P J0Bs" to get a FREE list of hundreds of real work at home jobs offered by well known companies. These jobs DO NOT cost you money and are NOT business opportunities. These are employment positions. This is not a scam. Hope this helps!
