Forget this -- I want an iPhone. Credit: Corbis
But what starts out as a way to distract your kids while you do the dishes can become an obsession. USA Today describes parents who say that all their children want to do is play with their iPhone.
Does this sound familiar? Are your children obsessed with technology?

Bree Daecher said...I've never let the kids play with my phone. 1st of all, (as this article is about,) why get them addicted? And 2nd, why in the world hand your tot such an expensive thing that if they throw it or drop it in their milk or flush it, I'm out my phone, contacts and everything else! (My friend's phone recently got ruined in a cup of milk.) If you want good things to keep your kids entertained, there is some free stuff you can request on Http://bit.ly/dailysample But seriously, you wouldn't hand your car keys over and say sure, go head and drive away and "play with the car"! My iPhone cost far too much to put in the hands of someone who can't even consistently hold things without dropping them!
