Would You Get a Vaginal Steam Bath to Help You Get Pregnant?
Some women go to great lengths to get pregnant and try all sorts of fertility treatments. The vaginal steam bath is not a fertility treatment per se, but some think it could help.
A growing number of spas are offering vaginal steam baths, which originated in Korea and are called "chai-yok," according to the Los Angeles Times. They say that the treatments are said to "reduce stress, fight infections, clear hemorrhoids, regulate menstrual cycles and aid infertility, among many other health benefits." The so-called "V-steam" ranges in price from $20 to over $300.
What about you? Would you get a vaginal steam bath to help you get pregnant? Or does it just sound too weird?
