When Should Kids Start Using Computers?

A Kaiser Family Foundation study found that "more than a quarter of children ages 4 to 6 use a computer during a typical day, and spend an average of 50 minutes at it," according to the Chicago Tribune. In your house, 50 minutes might seem like nothing, especially if your kids are using the laptop for learning purposes.
