Heather Friske said...My favorite was when my 3 yr old was about 18 months old and he was on his power wheels 4 wheeler and was doing great. Well all of a sudden he couldn't remember how to turn and went straight into our ditch. I ran and tried to catch him but couldnt and when I got there he was covered from head to toe in mud. He looked soooooo funny and CUTE!

Heidi said...I wish I would of had a video camera for all the big events like first steps, first word, first "grown up", first lemon, first day of kindergarten. But my most recent moment that I wish I had a video camera for is when we surprised my daughters (3 and 5) with a trip to Disneyland for the youngests 4th birthday. Had them all packed up in the car, and fooled them into thinking we were just dropping off a family member. To have been able to capture their faces when they learned we were all going on the trip, would have been magical.

Rick said...My daughter was in a beauty contest last summer for our town, and didn't win, along with a lot of other 6-7 yr.old girl's, There was on little girl who started crying her eyes out hysterically when she realized she didn't win. My daughter went up to her, gave her a hug and said "It's OK sweetie, your already a winner because your here. Your beautiful and don't need a trophy to show it. Here (as she handed her a small trophy in comparison to the winner's, that she got for one of the contests that led to the final's).It show's your a winner." It was heard by everyone there because the MC was near with her mike.. I was snapping pic's like no tomorrow, but didn't record what was said as I only have a camera. There were sop many wet eyes from that moment and I wish I could have saved it forever!!

Rose said...I would have loved to have a video of my grandson attempting to urinate on a tree like his puppy just did. For one, he had shorts on, and lifting the leg doesn't work the same for humans. It was too funny and would have made a great video to show his girlfriends when he is a teenager. *snicker*
