Amanda said...I wish I was able to record my sons reaction to meeting his baby sister for the first time and all love love and affection he gives her every day. The things he says to he are precious and would live to be able to share them with both of them when they grow up!

ANT HILL said...my youngest daughter will be 3 and she is in speech therapy it has been a long 3 yrs just to hear her say Mommy or Daddy. Well she is starting to say more stuff everyday. Around christmas time she heard the song I want a hippo for christmas and all of a sudden at the dinner table she started to sing the song. it wasn't on at that time we were just all eating and chatting and no one was paying attention to her so she decided to get our attention. Now if you came to our dinner you woudln't know she was singing it, but we knew what she was saying it was the cutest thing and I wish I had filmed it!!!

Julie A. said...I wish I had caught the first time my son rode his bike without training wheels. There were so many false starts over the course of the week - we taped a lot of attempts, but we missed the first moment of success. The look of amazement and joy on his face as he yelled "I'm doing it!" all the way down the street would have been priceless. Oh well, it is a priceless memory, anyways.

jessica earley said...I have the happiest 16 month old in the world and I feel like everything he does, I want to catch on tape. There was one particular incident Around his first birthday, when I was watching him play and I was just staring at him thinking how lucky we were to have him and how blessed I was that he is so happy all the time. Being a mom, I got a little teary eyed just watching him and he saw me crying, so he came over to me, smiled, gave me a kiss and hug and then said mama for the first time! Niagara Falls! I think about that every day and that would definitely be the moment I wish I could have recorded.
