New Kind of Tea Made From Coffee Plant
A new kind of tea made from the leaves of the coffee plant has proved to be a healthier alternative to both traditional black and green teas, and the brewed beverage made from coffee beans. Botanists studying the compounds in the coffee leaf found that seven species of the plant had a lot of Mangiferin, also found in mangoes, that is thought to have anti-inflammatory properties along with other health benefits like lowering cholesterol.

Cameras In Coffee Shop Bathroom? Lawsuit Says Yes
An attorney is accused of planting cameras inside the restrooms of two Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf locations in Encino.
In a lawsuit that also names Coffee Bean itself, Roderick Smith is accusing lawyer Mark Daniel Wenzel of using the cameras to record customers.
Wenzel was arrested and charged regarding the case while at one of the Coffee Bean locations in Encino.
The small cameras were found pointed towards the toilets.

marion said...I love to wake up first thing in the morning and put the coffee pot on and have a nice hot cup of coffee and then I take a shower to wake up myself up the rest of the way. I then meditate for about 10 minutes before running out the door to head to work.

aileen said...I keep my room cool during the night, then about 2 hours before my "real" wake-up I tend to get up and start warming the room (I.e. close the window - even in the winter!).
Next, I have the radio turn on at the appropriate time.. .I listen to 3 songs ... then I'm up and at 'em!
Then its a pipping hot cup of tea or coffee!!
