That's just the sort of metaphor TV's famous bigot would mix if he read reports about how white children are going to be a minority in the United States by 2023.
They're already a minority in 10 states, according to U.S. Census Bureau statistics.
The changing of America's notoriously pale complexion (at least in the majority) has been making headlines across the globe.
The Daily Telegraph in London reports an analysis of the data shows the total number of white children in the United States declined by 4.3 million over the past decade.
Meanwhile, the number of Hispanic children has increased by 4.8 million. According to the Telegraph, almost one in four American children is now Hispanic -- twice the proportion registered in 1990.
Traditional minorities have long outnumbered white kids in major cities. However, the new census data indicates this will be true of the entire country in 2023. All white Americans -- children and adults -- will be in the minority by 2024.

Kent said...There are two flaws with the study.
First, as Hispanics become second and third generation, one would expect them to have a lower birth rate.
Second, people intermarry. I know a number of couples of which one spouse is Hispanic, and the other is white. So, do the kids count as white, Hispanic, or both?
