A 21-year-old man from Valencia is scheduled to face a judge on Wednesday after commenting on ESPN's website that he was watching kids and wouldn't mind killing them.
But a lawyer for 21-year-old data analyst Eric Ting Yee says it's all a misunderstanding, and his client didn't ever intend to hurt the kids.
Yee was arrested Monday evening at his home in the 23000 block of Edenton Place in Santa Clarita. He is being held on $1 million bail for investigation of making terrorist threats.
