Parents who rock, rejoice: Having a kid isn't a musical jail sentence.
Take a cue from Erin Williamson -- one half of the duo behind one of our favorite eye-candy blogs, Design Crisis -- and "party like a Momstar."
The tastemaker and Austin resident took sweet Baby Ike to his first SXSW shows yesterday, and she made sure to top off his tot rock ensemble (and protect his sensitive young ears) with a pair of Peltor Kid Earmuffs. The earmuffs were surprisingly popular. Erin says that at least 15 people asked to take pictures of Ike in his headphones within a span of 30 minutes.
The music-loving mom and baby checked out The Magic Kids, The Antlers, Sharon Van Etten and Julianna Barwick. Whew!

Meet the Newest Addition to ParentDish!
Seriously, how cute is this baby? And the parents are pretty adorable as well! Credit: Stacey DeLorenzo
We're thrilled to show off the newest member of the ParentDish family, photo editor Damon's 19-day-old son Sebastian.Damon and his wife, Esmeralda, stopped by the office so we could get our daily cute-baby fix. Clearly we're biased here, but we think Sebastian is just about the most adorable infant in the world, or at least in New York City. Daddy Damon promises not to pass along his fast-food and soda habit to his son (note the foreground).
Congrats to the new parents. Sebastian, you chose well!
Real-Life Cookie Monster Steals Money From Girl Scout
Who would steal a Girl Scout's cookie dough?
A man in Tacoma, Wash., made off with $460, the proceeds from the sale of more than 100 boxes of the popular, iconic treats.
Beverly Reed, 16, was selling cookies outside a Safeway store when a man grabbed her money and ran.
"I think it's reached an all-time low in this case. It was approximately $400 but the reality is it's the principle of the matter," Detective Gretchen Aguirre of the Tacoma Police Department tells "Good Morning America."

In addition to other restrictions, the new rule, which goes into effect June 22, prohibits the distribution of free samples of cigarettes or smokeless tobacco, and prohibits tobacco brand name sponsorship of any athletic, musical or other social or cultural events.
The FDA says it will work with states, territories and retailers to help them comply with the rule.
"Today, we're addressing a larger public health effort to prevent our children from becoming the next generation of Americans to die early from tobacco-related disease," says HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. "This is a great step toward a healthier America."
FDA Commissioner Margaret A. Hamburg, M.D., concurs, noting, "Every day nearly 4,000 kids under 18 try their first cigarette and 1,000 kids under 18 become daily smokers." She adds, "Putting these restrictions in place is necessary to protect the health of those we care most about: our children."

Two-Year-Old Takes On Sports Reporter in NCAA Bracket Face-Off
Preschoolers, Fun & Activities, Celeb Parenting, In The News, Funny Stuff, Sports
Can a two-year-old choose an NCAA bracket better than a seasoned sports reporter?
NBC Chicago sports reporter Paula Faris decided to challenge her daughter Caroline to a bracket throwndown.
Here's a sample of their intense selection strategy discussion:
Paula: "Georgetown or Iowa, honey?"
Caroline: "Daddy!"
In the Robert Morris-Villanova match-up, Paula picked Villanova, the two seed, and Caroline went with the underdog. Mom was right, but it looks like neither of them predicted that Ohio University would upset Georgetown.

Why Do Sandra Bullock and Jesse James' Alleged Marriage Problems Make Us So Sad?
Divorce & Custody, Rumors, In The News

Sandra Bullock has moved out of the home she shares with husband Jesse James, allegedly because she found out he was cheating on her. Bullock has also pulled out of the London premiere of "The Blind Side," due to "unforeseen personal reasons."
Uh oh. That doesn't sound good.
While most Hollywood marriages seem to come stamped with expiration dates, something about Bullock and James' relationship seemed more solid, more "normal" than the typical Tinseltown union. Maybe because they seemed like such an unlikely pair.
Hollywood loves a good opposites-attract story and, obviously, so do we, the movie-ticket-buying public. So the union of a silver-screen sweetheart and a motorcycle-riding bad boy was incredibly intriguing, especially given their past relationships. Bullock had dated pretty-boy movie stars like Matthew McConaughey and Ryan Gosling, and James seemed to prefer heavily-tattooed porn stars like Jenna Jameson and Janine Lindemulder.

Girl Scouts Distribute Planned Parenthood Sex Guide at United Nations Meeting
The Planned Parenthood brochure encourages young people to explore their bodies.
The "Happy, Healthy and Hot" (PDF) brochure is geared towards young people living with HIV and encourages them to explore their sexuality: "Masturbation is a great way to find out more about your body and what you find sexually stimulating." The guide also encourages young people to "Talk about or act out your fantasies. Talk dirty to them."
The brochure says national laws requiring HIV-positive people to reveal their status to their partner(s) "violate the rights of people living with HIV" and calls for advocacy to "change laws that violate your rights," C-FAM reports.

Can you dress your baby like Hitler and call it art?Danish-Norwegian artist Nina Maria Kleivan did. Plus Joseph Stalin, Benito Mussolini, Saddam Hussein, Ayatollah Khomeini, Chairman Mao, Idi Amin, Augusto Pinochet and Slobodan Milosevic.
But why?
"We all have evil within us. Even small children are evil towards each other," Kleivan tells Israeli newspaper Haartetz.
Kleivan embarked on the project when, after giving birth to her daughter, Faustina -- now 11 years old -- serious pelvic joint pain kept her hospitalized for two months and wheelchair-bound at home for an additional four months. Out of boredom, she started sewing costumes of dictators and dressing up and photographing her daughter.
