Just like the name of their reality show, Hollywood is home sweet home for actress Tori Spelling, her actor hubby Dean McDermott and their cutie pie kids Liam, 4, and Stella, 3.

The family posed on the red carpet recently at the 29th annual Gay & Lesbian Film Festival's premiere of "Hoarders: Untold sTORI," a silly spoof from the comedy site FunnyorDie, in Hollywood, Calif.

Spelling, pregnant with the couple's third baby, looked lovely in a peach gown, coordinating with McDermott's yellow shirt. And the kids? Fashion divas in the making.

You often read interviews with actors and actresses who claim they would hate for their children to enter showbiz. But not Katie Holmes.

The mom to Suri Cruise, 5, and wife of Hollywood royalty Tom Cruise, tells InStyle magazine she envisions her daughter doing lots of different things in life, including catching the acting bug.

"She's an amazing athlete, singer and dancer, and I think she'll probably be an actress," Holmes tells the magazine. Here's more from her interview in the InStyle August issue:

On pregnancy rumors: "I'm not pregnant. I had bad posture. And I was having a fat day!"

On parenting choices: "I have to be a good parent in my own heart first. I'm not going to choose making people happy over doing the right thing for my child."

On a sibling for Suri: "I don't feel pressure to do that. We already have a very big family: a full household with cousins who are over a lot, and she has her friends. My biggest thing is making sure she's fully taken care of and doing well."

On Suri's style: "I do not dress her. She dresses herself! Obviously, I buy her clothes, but she is the one who puts her outfits together. In fact, she helps me. If she likes something of mine, I know it's good."

When your mom's nickname is Posh, it's probably a given that you'll experience the finer things in life -- even when you're way, way too young to realize, or appreciate, them.

Eonline reports that Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice, bought her daughter, Harper, born July 10, a $900 stroller. The brand: iCandy Peach. The color: Lilac. Now, the stroller normally comes in the colors sweet pea, black jack and tomato, according to the entertainment site, but Beckham's stroller was custom colorized in the same purplish hue used in her British baby shower.

After having three boys, we suspect Beckham is ready to spoil her little girl -- Suri Cruise? Consider yourself warned. There's a new fashion baby in town.

Two new soon-to-be famous tots entered the world over the weekend, as actress Kate Hudson gave birth to a baby boy July 9 and singer/fashion designer Victoria Beckham welcomed a baby girl to her brood on July 10.

Hudson, 32, who is engaged to Matthew Bellamy, 33, of the band Muse, gave birth in Los Angeles, People reports. The boy's name hasn't been released, but he joins big brother Ryder, 7, whose dad is Chris Robinson from the Black Crowes.

Beckham, 37, and her soccer star hubby David Beckham, 36, broke their all-boy streak, with the birth of Harper Seven, also born in Los Angeles, according to People. She has three big brothers -- Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 6.

As for the little girl's name, the magazine reports Victoria Beckham has always love the English name Harper, and Seven is a bow to the lucky, spiritual number. People adds Harper weighed seven pounds, 10 ounces, and was born in the seventh hour of the seventh month on the seventh day of the week. And, then, of course, David Beckham's jersey number was seven when he played for Manchester United.

No word on whether the couple was also fans of the "Seinfeld" episode where George wanted to name his future child Seven.

Leave it to Bieber to cause a frenzy among fans.

During an appearance at Macy's in New York Thursday to promote his new perfume for women, Someday, teen idol Justin Bieber, 17, stepped outside the store to wave to the hundreds of fans who had gathered, when reports started flooding in that a man broke through a barricade and pushed the teen to the ground.

WABC-TV reported Bieber's security detail grabbed the man. But, according to TMZ, the man was really an undercover cop who was there to protect the pop star from the crowd.

Now, The Hollywood Reporter is chiming in, reporting that the New York Police Department says there was no attack and the crowd wan not "out of control."

"One of his bodyguards failed to follow lawful order," an NYPD spokesperson tells the Reporter. "[Bieber] was not even touched. The only person touched was the bodyguard."

A Bieber rep tells the publication it was all just a "well-intentioned misunderstanding that was quickly resolved. The event went very well."

NEW YORK (AP) - Natalie Portman has a baby boy to go along with her Oscar.

The actress gave birth to her first child with fiance Benjamin Millepied, the choreographer of "Black Swan," People magazine reported.

The magazine gave no details. A publicist for Portman did not return a message seeking comment Tuesday.

The 30-year-old actress and Millepied, a well-regarded ballet dancer and choreographer, met during the making of "Black Swan," Darren Aronofsky's psychological thriller that stars Portman as a ballet dancer.

Portman won the best actress Academy Award in February for her performance in the movie.

GARDEN CITY, N.Y. (AP) - Justin Bieber (BEE'-bur) has agreed to record a public service announcement on cyberbullying in order to resolve misdemeanor charges filed against one of his managers and a record executive after a frenzy at a New York mall.

The case stemmed from an incident in 2009, when thousands of unruly girls turned up at a clothing store on Long Island to see the teen pop star sign autographs.

Bieber manager Scott Bruan and Def Jam Records executive James Roppo were charged after police said they refused to help disperse the crowd.

Prosecutors told a judge Friday that they are dropping those charges. The record company and a management company pleaded guilty to fire code violations.

Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice tells Newsday that having Bieber educate kids about bullying is "invaluable."

Continuing the unusual celebrity baby name trend, Mariah Carey and hubby Nick Cannon have named their twins, born in Los Angeles April 30, Moroccan and Monroe.

CNN reports the famous duo are paying homage to relatives, a Hollywood legend and a room in Carey's home with the names.

Son Moroccan Scott Cannon will be nicknamed "Roc," according to the network, with Scott chosen because it is Cannon's middle name and his grandmother's maiden name. Carey reportedly calls the top tier of her New York City abode the Moroccan Room, and it's where Cannon proposed to her.

Daughter Monroe Cannon has no middle name, a Carey rep tells CNN, because the singer doesn't have a middle name. Her namesake is Marilyn Monroe, according to the network.

"It has been a long, emotional journey for this family, and I couldn't be happier for all of them," Cindi Berger, Carey's rep, tells CNN.

If you're like us, some of your fondest memories revolve around watching the Charlie Brown television specials. Now, you can introduce your own kids to the beloved gang, thanks to the first new animated Peanuts special in five years.

The family of beloved Peanuts creator Charles M. Schulz helped to create "Happiness Is A Warm Blanket," a 44-minute, direct-to-DVD tale about Linus and his cherished blue blanket.

We spoke with Charles M. Schulz's son, Craig, who runs the family business with Schulz's widow, Jeannie. We chatted about his famous father and how this latest Charlie Brown adventure came about. An edited version of that conversation follows.

ParentDish: What do you think it is about the Peanuts characters that resonates with so many people?
Craig Schulz: I think because we can all relate. Every person has one or two or more of the traits of the characters. I think we would all would love to be Snoopy and live in his fantasy world.

PD: What do you mean?
CS: We all get stuck in [the] pace of our lives. And then you look at someone like Snoopy. One day he's going to the moon, the next day he's a flying ace, the next day he's writing great novels [or] he's an attorney. He gets to live all these great fantasies and when it all goes wrong he goes up on the top of the doghouse and falls asleep.

PD: Now that you mention it, that does sound nice.
CS: And he has a total disregard for his owner. He's the only dog who never knows his owner's name. He's just the big round headed kid who gives him his food, and that's all Snoopy cares about. (laughs)

PD: My son draws his own comic strip and is a huge Peanuts fan. He wanted me to ask you -- where did your dad get the idea for Peanuts?
CS: [It] came from [his experiences] growing up. We [all] look back on our childhood and there's kids that were the great baseball players and the rock stars and whatever, and then there's those of us who never thought we'd fit in, and that was my dad. Even though he was good at sports and good in school, he thought he was the average kid that no one would recognize [or] get along with, and I think that stuck with him throughout his life.

PD: Your father must have realized what an impact he had on people. Did he never really feel that?
CS: I think on some level he never did ... [part of him] always felt relatively inadequate. Maybe it was the craft he was doing. Cartoonists really don't rank that high on the esteem list of artists in the country.

This is what my dad had to deal with every day ... six inches by six inches. The newspaper [prints it] one inch by one inch on cheap paper, people read it, and then it goes into the birdcage. Unless you come to the Schulz Museum and look at the originals, you really have no idea how much work goes into the strips, it's totally different from what the viewer gets to see. On the other hand, my dad had 50 years communicating with over 400 million people, and I doubt that that's been topped by anybody. We're trying to figure out where we can put it as the newspapers continually dwindle out of the world.

PD: Which brings us to the DVD. This is a new animated special?
CS: All new, yeah. Warner Brothers wanted a direct to DVD, 44-minute long special. And the family was adamant about making it based upon the comic strips, with nothing made up, right out of my dad's mouth. We spent a year and a half going through comic strips one by one, trying to form this story of Linus dealing with the blanket, his grandmother coming ... but it's more than that. The story deals with all the characters' lives ... Who's secure, who's insecure, and why.

PD: You said the family had to be comfortable with the project. Who is the group that has to agree to everything?
CS: My dad's five children. (Charles M. Schulz had five kids, Meredith, Monte, Amy, Craig and Jill.) I'm in the middle of that group. And his wife Jeannie. It's a tough crowd.

PD: Why do you say that?
CS: Well, because like my dad, they're all very competitive, they're all very headstrong, they all kind of know where they're going and why. And the thing about the family -- that I agree with totally -- everything we do is not solely to make money. It all goes back to the integrity of my dad's work. That's our No. 1 goal, it always has been.

PD: You wrote this special, right?
CS: Well, if you break it down my dad wrote this one. I say we adapted it from the comic strip. We tried to take a different look at the Peanuts specials, [which have] covered pretty much every kind of situation you could imagine -- from the space program ... to a little girl who had cancer. We realized that what hadn't been done is [digging deeper] into the comic strips to find new stories. We wanted the special to appeal not only to children but also to the die-hard Peanuts fan.

PD: So is it fair to say that you're looking towards the future, to see that Peanuts lives forever?
CS: Without a doubt. I think it will live forever. I think the tone, the essence of the comic strip, the philosophy, is kind of timeless. It amazes me every day when we get the list of the comic strips that are coming out in the next four or five months. They'll be dead on with what's going on in the world today, and it was 40 years ago when he wrote that stuff.

The daughter of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise celebrates her 5th birthday today, and, besides being the star of many a magazine cover, can brag that her first glossy appearance, the October 2006 cover of Vanity Fair, is that magazine's all-time best seller.

So, how will the pint-sized fashion plate celebrate?

Holmes told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show earlier this month that Suri, who loves "Fancy Nancy" and "Pinkalicious" books, will be celebrating, naturally, in style.

"She wants a piñata, and her girlfriends to come over, and some swimming, and we're gonna make a cake together," Holmes tells the host. "This is my favorite day of the year. So, we're gonna have a little tea party, and I kind of like to girl it up."

It's easy to see girls who wear glasses are clearly cool, as demonstrated by actress Jennifer Garner (wearing sleek shades) and her 5-year-old bespectacled daughter Violet.

Garner had the mom-style down April 14, with her hip black leather jacket and jeans tucked into high boots. Violet, meanwhile, fresh from dance class in Santa Monica, Calif., was darling in her white tights, Mary Janes and glasses.

We suppose it should come as no surprise that "Top Chef" host Padma Lakshmi should have a child with a refined palate, but a "Tuscan kale kick"? Really?

The former model, 40, tells Parade magazine this week that her foodie daughter Krishna, 1,
is, indeed, enjoying herself some kale these days, and that the tot doesn't like leftovers.

"... She eats homemade food," Lakshmi tells Parade. "She's never had store-bought baby food."

As for her own diet, and maintaining that enviable physique, Lakshmi tells the magazine she actually does not stay in shape while filming her Bravo reality show.

"I go up one to two dress sizes," she tells Parade. "What you don't see on camera is that I do have a rack full of clothes that range in sizes, and as I gain weight, I just wear bigger clothes."

That extra weight doesn't last long, though. Lakshmi tells the magazine she goes back to her regular exercise routine once the season wraps.

"It was hard to lose the baby weight, it was hard to do that while eating for a living and filming the show," she tells Parade. "I just do a little bit every day. You don't need expensive classes and all kinds of weird equipment if you really want to be in shape. There are great ways to do it that are very economical, it just takes a time commitment, even if it means waking up a half hour a day before the rest of the household gets up because that's the only time you have, or planning your workouts when the kids are at school or taking a nap. It requires a lot of creativity and commitment and consistent discipline."

Of course, that doesn't keep her from an indulgence now and then.

"I'm a big muncher and I like anything salty and crunchy, so I like the original SunChips," Lakshmi tells Parade. "I also put the Lay's BBQ chips inside my sandwiches to add a little crunch. That's what I used to do in high school."

They say the neon lights are bright on Broadway -- and so was the star power April 10, when Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick hit the Big Apple in style with their son, James Wilke Broderick, 8.

The family caught the opening night of "Catch Me If You Can" at the Neil Simon Theatre in New York City. Parker would have made Carrie Bradshaw proud, dressed in a chic Oscar de la Renta sheath, tweed sequined coat and Christian Louboutins, while her hubby rocked a bow tie and her son looked schoolboy casual in a varsity-style jacket.

When you're a supermodel, it's a whole lot easier to look great when you're running around town.

For us mere mortals, we're lucky if we have time to change out of our Ugg slippers before toting our tots anywhere. But check out uber-chic mama Heidi Klum, holding daughter Lou, 1, as she takes daughter Leni, 6, to her dance class in Brentwood, Calif., over the weekend.

Klum's simple slim dark jeans, striped T-shirt and cropped jacket get glammed up with an oversized yellow bag, metallic slip-ons, an easy scarf and cool shades. And little Lou? Could she be any cuter in her pink top and jeans?

OK, please excuse us. We're going to change into actual grown-up clothes before we head out to pick up our own kids.

We're not gonna lie -- it's slightly annoying when little kids have much better style than we do.

But Willow and Jaden Smith were just so cute at the recent Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards that we're willing to put our own personal hang-ups aside.

The offspring of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are earning their own celebrity followings. Willow, 10, had a hit single with "Whip My Hair," and Jaden, 12, has starred in movies including the new "The Karate Kid" (it won Favorite Movie at the award show, by the way).

Now, their red carpet fashion: Willow is rocking the gold romper complete with gladiator sandals. Jaden wears bedazzled jeans, a Commes des Garcons T-shirt and a Vancouver Canucks cap.
