The Drevitches, Week 1: Off the Couch, Slowly

This is the Healthy Families Challenge, but I've started it in the most unhealthy fashion: Since Labor Day, I've had a case of walking pneumonia. So rather than hitting the gym to build up a head of steam for the hard work ahead, I've been coughin...To start, I gave up my usual breakfast of a bagel-and-scrambled-eggs sandwich from the deli. Instead, I'm keeping a box of Trader Joe's Raisin Bran at my desk at work to have every morning, with 1-percent milk. I've also put my regular lunch choices on notice: They need to start shaping up as well.
