Who wears the Crocs in your family?

It's fine for your kids, but, according to The Manolo, the world's foremost shoe fashion blogger, "if you are the fully grown person should avoid these ridiculous and childish rubber monstrosities."

Pretty harsh, but I have to agree. Where as celebrity kids look cute running around in the brightly-colored plastic clogs, celebrity grown-ups most-certainly do not. Just think of how silly they must look on a normal person who hasn't made millions of dollars based on their talent and eccentric personality.

And in response to those who claim Crocs are so comfortable that they don't mind the fashion faux pas, The Manolo elegantly responds: "so are the cardboard boxes filled with the combination of styrofoam packing peanuts and Vaseline ... the sensible person knows not to submerge their feets [sic] into such things ..."

Not that I care how you dress, but just sayin'.

What with the fun Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck seem to be having with their adorable little daughter Violet I wouldn't be surprised if this frivolous but entertaining (and fresh out of the oven) rumor were true. Jenn has been spotted wearing loose fitting clothing and, according to the Perez Hilton website, has been gaining a little weight.

Neither of these things necessarily means one is pregnant. But in the land of celebrity if you eat something or wear anything that doesn't make you look like a hooker you just might be pregnant. At least the media hope you are so they an add to the circus that is already your life.

Violet Affleck is just so darned cute, though, that I sort of hope she does have a little brother or sister on the way. All those good genes shouldn't go to waste, right???

We'll let you know more as we hear it. Nice, for a change, to see a celebrity as wholesome and appealing--and who occasionally actually WORKS--in the preggers rumor spotlight (again).

Of course, if Jenn is pregnant again it will be not too soon after she has finally recovered her body from her last pregnancy. And isn't that always the way? You get back in shape, get totally hot again, then bang, you're in for round two.

If this pregnancy things turns out to be true I for one will be most excited and happy for the adorable couple.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck visited Jen's family over the holidays. Their one-year-old daughter, Violet, was baptized at a Methodist Church on Christmas Eve. Violet's cousin Alex, a few months younger, was baptized at the same occasion.

Jennifer Garner's parents and her younger sister, Susannah, and husband are all members of the Charleston, West Virginia, congregation. I wish I had a family congregation at which to baptize my children. Well, okay, that isn't completely accurate. Technically, I do have one. I just don't want my children to be baptized into that religion. My attempts to have my children baptized have been met with somewhat mystified looks by various pastors: You want to baptize them, but you don't want to go to church here? My previous understanding had been that baptism was a necessary sacrament, but it seems to be a ritual that is linked to membership in a congregation.

I suppose that's understandable. But I can't help feeling that Jennifer Garner is lucky.

Well, I wasn't expecting to find out the answer to my question from yesterday: Where's Waldo? Actually, my question was, "Where's Jennifer Garner?" Ben was sited out walking with Violet, fetching coffee. Our readers cracked me up by asking where the drink holder was on the Afflecks' fancy, Rolls Royce of a stroller.

Turns out Jennifer was/is in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where husband Ben is shooting a movie. She was hanging out with Violet, in this picture, right before Mother's Day.

Do you think Jen ever feels odd that at this time last year, she was denying her pregnancy? Probably not-- I didn't reveal my pregnancies for the first twelve weeks, and it's the only chance for privacy celebrities have.

Ben Affleck took daughter Violet, age 5 months, out for a coffee run recently. His wife, Jennifer Garner, was nowhere to be seen. Violet was bundled up and taking a ride in her stroller. Jennifer Garner was recently photographed boarding a plane with Violet, presumably to visit Affleck on location, after wrapping the final episode of Alias.
