Earlier this week, we saw President Obama soothe a crying baby after the first lady had no such luck. Mr. Prez shows his soft side for kids once again when he advises this young boy to call his mom -- and leave a voicemail when she doesn't pick up. ...Looks like the president is targeting a new age group: kids!

Perhaps President Obama is a fan, since he talked quite a bit about education in last night's State of the Union Address. ...He emphasized the importance of parents in the educational process, saying that "It's family that first instills the love of learning in a child. Only parents can make sure the TV is turned off and homework gets done."

I don't remember ...I don't remember watching the State of the Union address when I was young. Then again, politics wasn't as volatile back then.
